We are an independent investment fund manager in Mexico that offers specialized financial advice tailored to the needs and risk profiles of each client. We are regulated and authorized by the Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, CNBV), by the Mexican Ministry of Finance (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, SHCP), and by the Mexican Central Bank (Banco de México).

We strictly adhere to all tax, risk management, and money laundering regulations. We are also supervised by the CNBV and audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Furthermore, we comply with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, (FATCA) and with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS): a series of rules for exchanging information by financial institutions established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

We are also supervised by the National Commission for the Defense of Financial Services Users (Comisión Nacional para la Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros, Condusef), and participate in the Mexican Association of Securities Intermediaries (Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles, AMIB), that also acts as a self-regulating organism.

En cumplimiento con las mejores prácticas en gobierno corporativo, contamos con un Consejo de Administración en el que el 67% de los consejeros son independientes. El Consejo opera con cinco comités de apoyo, entre los que se incluye el Comité de Auditoría, que es independiente a la gestión de la Operadora de Fondos.

We are members of the Consejo Consultivo de Finanzas Verdes, a representational organism of the Mexican financial sector that promotes sustainable finances as the driver behind the transition to a greener and more inclusive economy.

In 2020, Morningstar, a leading company in the independent investment research and analysis sector, recognized Finaccess México as the Best Variable Rate Operator in Mexico, after analyzing 31 operators in our country.

Además, en 2021 recibimos el reconocimiento que otorgan la organización Voz de las Empresas y el Instituto para el Fomento a la Calidad con la distinción de práctica excepcional en la categoría de Apoyo y Compromiso Social.

En 2023 el Consejo Latinoamericano de Calidad Humana y Responsabilidad Social nos entregó el sexto certificado Crese® como “empresa ejemplar”.
