Finaccess said in a report to the market.<\/p><p>&#8220;We will not then make a subsequent takeover offer under the Takeovers Code for the ordinary shares in the Restaurant Brands within 24 months from the date of this letter.&#8221;<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0079c1;\"><a style=\"color: #0079c1;
