Ambas partes esperan cerrar la transacci\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de mayo.<\/p><p>Las acciones de AmRest han bajado un 5%, hasta 10,42 euros, por lo que Finaccess <strong>pagar\u00e1 una prima del 26% sobre el precio de cierre de este mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong>. El valor de mercado actual de la compa\u00f1\u00eda es de 2.415 millones de euros.<\/p><p>Tras esta venta, el actual consejero delegado de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y uno de los fundadores, <strong>Henry McGovern<\/strong>, abandonar\u00e1 su cargo y tambi\u00e9n su puesto de consejero. El nuevo CEO de la empresa ser\u00e1 <strong>Mark Chandler<\/strong>, que ha ocupado el puesto de director financiero durante 11 a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>AmRest aument\u00f3 un 23% sus ventas en el cuarto trimestre, hasta <strong>443 millones de euros<\/strong>.
